OT: I got the job!

Thanks everyone!

I love the stories, reminds me of NDN stories of creation, only for modern day business.

Being out of work is no fun. I've been fortunate to have been employed and able to take care of the kids, but I've been very unhappy where I have been working. I remember many times when I could barely get a temp job, "no experience, no experience"

Time flies. My mom called me up today and told me in about 10 years I would probably be taking care of her, along with my kids.. talk about motivation to keep working hard. One of my biggest goals in life is to make sure my mother lives with me when she gets older. I remember when my grandfather was in a nursing home his last few final years, and he always told me he had a hard time with it, "This isn't the way of Indian people". I don't think they are the natural way for any people, but that's were we are at. It reminds me of daycares for our kids. Better to be at home (usually better, anyway) but here we are in a society were usually both parents have to work and let the kids be raised by a corporation. Oh man, I'm rambling and ranting a bit. Sorry
bout that.

I get reflective late at night. ;)

Lion's Roar?

Would it be inappropriate to say, "I told you so?"

If it would be, I won't say it.

However, should it be, I will.

Nice work, congratulations, have fun with the new job.
