Our Special Ops guys train at Hurlburt Field, which is 20 mi. east of here. Who knows what kind of stuff they have? Eglin is a huge AFB, bigger than some US states. Anyways, there hasn't been a FS "flap" in years, but at the time, many (normal) people saw interesting lights, phenom. etc. I didn't, unfortunately.
We had a sonic boom here last year that the military totally denied. Well, it put a crack in the wall of the building I work in. SOMETHING did it.
