OT: Kettlebells

I thought about that Dan; because it's an enclosed grip, you could hold them passively, from the back of your hand, and not have to grip.
(or from your palm)

Lionsroar, I have owned and used the 56,72 and 88lb kbs for a few years now and can tell you from my experience that they are WAY overhyped for what they are. Hindsight being perfect, I wish I had never bought them and used that money on more blades. The kbs don' t do anything a dumbell can't do. They are good for training variety and they seem like the cat's ass for the first few months you use them. I can tell you from experience that dragondoor's hype is just that. Remember, if it sounds to good to be true , it probably isn't. Your pullups, running deadlift etc. are not going to improve from doing kbs. What will improve is the ability to swing a kb! As some others have pointed out, squat or deadlift heavy, press something over your head, do some chinups, carry a weight across a field. For conditioning run 5-10 windsprints a couple times a week. Doesn't get any simpler than that. Save your money and buy more sharp stuff! :D
