Ha, this sucker would be a toy for a Klingon preschooler. It doesn't even weigh a pound.

As to Bat'leth, I've given some thought to those. I'll try my hand at making one when I think I have the proper skill and equipment. And... I think I might make my version a little shy of fifty pounds.

Having a Bat'leth and learning to use it would be great I found some specs of a Bat'leth here. Hope it helps.
