OT Swine Flu

I think a lot of this is over reaction to a situation that while serious, is more Gov CYA.

Unless you already have issues with breathing or have a weakened immune system (the impoverished, the elderly or perhaps the very young) this thing is not going to be that much of an issue.

But sometimes the powers that be (as in be above us) pretend that we really need them - so they run around and stir it all up.

Never the less - this is still a developing situation - so we shall see.

And in the mean time - Lets DRINK!!!:thumbup::D:thumbup:

I was very ill late last week, last weekend and early week... hit me hard and fast .. saw the doc .... released me with antibiotics ...... got a call today from his office asking me to come in for a test as my symptoms were spot on for this flu.

And my HOG name is Porcuswinemtns66 !!!

I read that it was young people rather than kids or the elderly. Maybe they had HIV or some such thing. Probably a lot of people with at risk lifestyles in Mexico.

They say the bird flu will kill more in that age group as it uses your immunity against you killing more with strong immunity.
Maybe this strain is something like that.
