I just got the jacket and so far I'm impressed. I wanted to compare the Condor Softshell ($76.49 + shipping from USCAV with 10% discount code CAVTNP ) to the actual
TAD Stealth Hoodie ($295-299) which my brother owns. Keep in mine that my condor softshell is an XL in foliage green and the TAD is a medium.
From what I can tell so far the overall design are almost identical. The stitching is very well done, and hard to tell the difference between the TAD and the Condor. The Condor does not have seam tape around the zippers and some parts on the interior are not as well finished as the TAD. Moreover the Condor is made of polyester where as the TAD is a mixture for Nylon and other fabrics. The TAD does feel more durable then the condor, but that is only based off of feeling.
I like the fact that the Condor does have a compartment for the hood as well as a Dupont Teflon coating. Moreover, I also like that the Condor has the two interior zippered pockets, a feature that TAD lacks. I wish that they would also include a storm flap behind the zippers to block wind/rain but the TAD jacket also lacks this feature.
As others have mentioned, make sure to order a size larger then your normally wear. It allows you room to layer but is not "too baggy". Overall I'm very impressed with the product especially for under 1/3 of the price of the TAD.
Please excuse the photos, they are taken in horrible lighting with my mobile phone.
Here is a side by side shot of the two jackets.

These two reviews on the jacket pretty much sum it up perfectly.
