OT: the part I dread the most about knifemaking

I don't know, maybe its just me, but I think the handles would be nicer if those pins weren't sticking out of them. :footinmou :p :D

Alright, now I'm going to bed...

I may have teased some before, but all kidding aside, some of the prettiest non-damascus blades I've seen in a long while. I'm definitely impressed! :D

I think all of us have something we don't like about our hobbies/potential business.
When I was doing so much leather work I loved the preparation and the tooling. Didn't even mind the assembly that much, but the damned lacing was a chore for me! :grumpy:
It seemed like it took me forever to lace a wallet or small purse.
Fortunately for me my now long time ex-wife loved to do the lacing so I got out of a lot of it.
One of the things she really was good at too, have to give her credit for that.;)
I still love the tooling part but can't do much at a time when I do get to do some.
Old fingers, hands, and wrists are getting too worn out to last as long anymore.
And I still hate to do the lacing!!!! :grumpy:
But when I do get it done you won't find the splices or the ending I guarantee!!!! :D
Just because you hate to do something isn't any reason not too be good at it.;)
Just look at Dan's handles.:p ;)

Got 'em finished guys. *whew*

Thanks for the support!

Here's a pic for Satori (ok, everybody else can look too...:D :p)
