OT: Weight lifting

That was not a sarcastic "thanks" up above--I went to a website on supersets and how I tried it was how they said to. Having looked around more I've found other methods for the same thing, which I think will be better suited to me. As far as lifting goes, I have more burst strength than endurance, so a minute or so between would give me a chance to catch my breath.

I, too, switch around all the time, because I learned years ago that I'd never stick with it if I tried to remain faithful to one routine. Sometimes I go out to the school playground in my neighborhood and just do dips, pushups, and wide and close arm pullups until I can't do them anymore. Best to do this in the evening of course---an adult falling exhausted off a pullup bar could crush a little recess kid. :D
