OT: Who is your football team?

I love football. I love everything about it. I'd love watch to every single game if I could. I love watching pre-game and post-game shows (NFL Network is the best). I love listening to pod casts BS'ing about the games and behind the scenes happenings. I think I'd shrivel up and die if I did not have the glory that is Sunday Ticket. It is The Greatest Game.

All that said, of course I am a homer for one team. Born and raised for my first 22.

Spent my last 14 in the DC metro area and will often get behind the Ravens. Well run organization. Good coach. Cool uniforms. Edgar Allan Poe. Charm City.

At their wedding, instead of throwing rice, the groom side waved Terrible Towels and the bride side waived the copy cat, unoriginal, Redskin version of the same thing.

Man! Just when I was starting to make friends here! I grew up in NE and have been a Patriots, Red Sox, Bruins, Celtics fan for as long as I can remember. Mom and my wife are both from PA, so they are back up teams. Went to college and lived in SC for 10 years so I pull for Clemson Tigers too.

Sadly I'm reduced to refreshing my ESPN app to 'watch' the games here. I wish I could watch my football!

Go Hawks!! For this old Bronco-Buster, there was nothing better than watching the Seahawks pound the Broncos in the Super Bowl. Old AFC-West rivalries die hard! No offense to any of you Bronco fans but I frankly can't stand them. When you grow up hating your divisional rivals, it's hard to ever come off of that. And John Elway was even born in the next town over but I can't stand him either, going back to his days at Stanford....which leads us to college football. But JElway is the BEST football player to have ever played the game. Just not my guy.

As for college football, of course I pull for the University of Washington Huskies. With our new coach, glory days are ahead and U of O will be on the decline.

There is no football other than Dallas Cowboys Football.

I am a Texas A&M Aggie and thus am also a fan of Aggie football

Grew up in Alabama during the era of the greatest football coach to ever live. Season tix came yesterday. ROLL TIDE!

Wow, a whole group of Aggies around here!

Doesn't matter where I am or what time they air I am always up to watch the Texas A&M game. You should have seen me running through the halls of the hotel in Cambodia trying to find the best wifi for the win over Alabama lol. People were staring at me funny while I was jumping up and down and yelling on the balcony, over the largest street in Siem Reap, in nothing more than boxers.

I'm a DIE HARD Texas A&M Aggies fan. Nothing like midnight yell practice at Kyle Field the night b4 a big game!
And yes, even I am getting a little tired of hearing about Johnny Manzeil and the Browns QB battle. Just hope Cleveland doesn't suck the life out of yet another high-prospect rookie QB.

NFL....love the Eagles, though they may never win a championship :'(

Looks like quite a bit of Cowboys fan here!
I was one until I got into fantasy football, now just a purely football fan.
won 3 straight championships in keeper's league.
But had to quit this year, cause it was taking over my life during the football season! LOL...

I am a big Panthers and Redskins fan! I am also a Steelers and Dolphins fan because I have players from both teams that have bought knives from me!

We have thirty-six posts so far and only six include pictures. Of the six with pictures, almost all are AFC or college fans. I guess that NFC fans aren't really knife fans after all. I am starting to believe that Andy may be right. Either that or this is a sign that we can expect an AFC blow-out win in the Super Bowl this year.

Eagles!!!!

I'm 29 years old and all I want is one Super Bowl win before I die. Is that too much to ask??

And no I won't jump any bandwagons. Born and raised Philly, 4 for 4. For better or for worse.

I'm almost 39, so I have 10 more years of Eagles disappoints! There have been some really good times over the years, but ultimately it always leads to heartache. Fly Eagles, Fly!!

ak585479, thank you! All of the Cowboy's support in this thread was bumming me out. Same with the Steeler's support, but more so because I just assume all Steeler's fans are Penguins fans.
