Sorry withdrawn. I thought it was a Navy Scarab.

The Navy version also has a different blade. The handle slots (holes) were seen on non Navy Scarabs. The difference was in the blade having matching slots for water to drain.
 
Ok I see.Thank you for pointing that out. The knife was represented as a Navy Seal version, but after taking a closer look it is not. Sorry about the mistake.
