Otha Neck knife

I have this neat little ringer neck knife. Unknown maker But the stamp is Otha. Comes with a well fitted kydex sheath and ill throw in a small tek-lok. I was told the steel is 154-CM by the previous owner.

How thick is the steel..any idea? Also, is it chisel or dual ground?

Dual ground and about 1/8th inch thick by my tape measure.

I`m interested.Is the handle long enough for an average hand to use with pinky in the ring?

I have the on the large side of average hands and it is slightly to tight to hold with the pinkie in the hole. I tend to use the ring finger through the hole.
