  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

As usual, SOG manages to avoid releasing anything that interests me. CRKT didn't do too much that thrilled me either, though I'll be getting the 2 machetes and maybe the karambit minimalist. Most of the Boker stuff that interests me doesn't interest me nearly enough to pay anywhere near the prices...I might pick up the Milan though.

The prices in the catalog are full MSRP I assume.

Kershaw/ZT and Benchmade pretty much stole the thunder as far as knives go. I'm a little disappointed not to see much from the other manufacturers. Where was Spyderco, Cold Steel, and Leatherman? Maybe Bladeshow is what I need.

I like the Boker Griplock, but I like almost anything from G&G Hawk so that's not a surprise. Price doesn't seem too out of line with what you're getting for that one.

What do you think of SOG's interpretation of the Triage? Depending on what it actually sells for it could do really well. I'm assuming that a lot of EMTs have seen their buddy's Triage, taken one look at the price, and went right back to their trauma shears. I think something with a lower price could fill that market of people who aren't willing to pay $150 for their rescue tools. Also as a car emergency tool it should do just fine. I read about people buying the triage as a car tool and that's always seemed like overkill. It's too good of a knife to be used only once in a blue moon. 420 is a plenty good enough steel so I honestly think this knife will do really well.

I thought the Gerber Decree looked nice. Made in the USA, s30v and msrp is under 100$. The order and fixed blade look nice too
