Other knives like Spyderco?

"Like" Spyderco?

No.

If what you're looking for is a full flat grind, opener opening, and good ergonomics, then you do have some options.

Look for stuff that has Jesper Voxnaes' name on it. His collaborations with Fox Knives may be something you like, and if you really want to keep it in the low-end, the CRKT Amicus or Piet should be on your list of knives to look at.

Another vote for Cold Steel. I know a lot of folks don't like that GSM bought them a year or two ago. I don't like that either FWIW. People also say their customer service (CS) stinks too.

I own 4 Cold Steel products (admittedly I bought them before sold to GSM) and never had a problem with them or needed to contact their CS.

Now *value* in a knife is a subjective thing but I think Cold Steel still offers good value. My favorite is the Ultimate Hunter. Nice, comfy G10 handle, 3.5" of S35VN (good all around steel imo) and the Demko Tri lock. At $108, I think that is good value.

The Tuff Lite, 4 Max Scout in AUS10 for $85, Recon 1 series, etc are other examples.

CIVIVI is another I thought about but I have no real experience with that brand.

Those are the cold Steel designs they are not the ones that borrow from spyderco. Cold Steel in addition to having Spyderco like knives do come up with their own also.
