Howdy guys, I am reposting this Best Friend model with some different and hopefully better pictures.

Specs on the knife:
OAL:8"
Blade dimensions: 4"x1.5"x.135"
Finish: hand rubbed to 400
Steel: Carpenter CTS-XHP @60rc by Peter's
Handle: 2x2 carbon fiber with red liners
Features: tapered tang, spine jimping, .250" titanium lanyard hole, ss pins
Sheath: folded kydex with small tek lok

Thanks! I have been carrying the prototype for a few months and I'm very pleased. It is large enough for bigger slicing chores but does not get in the way at all.
 
I'll have to agree with grunt soldier. I have one similiar to this and it's treated me very well. This knife is one heck of a deal at this price!
 
Thanks Dan! I am kinda surprised this one hasn't moved. I guess maybe it is full on hunting knife season.
 
I know its a long shot, but if this thing's still here Friday of next week (my pay day) its mine.
