My Otterbox had developed cracked hinges, i e-mailed Otterbox and received a swift and friendly reply that i would get a replacement..
A few days later UPS called me and said that i had a delivery, it was my Otter box, but, they had sent me 2 boxes! How cool is that? i bet that UPS shipping to me here in Sweden was much more expensive then the boxes themselves!
