I entered into a trade deal with Otto on 9/30. I shipped my knife out on 10/3 and confirmed it was delivered (plus sent funds via paypal to even the trade). Otto told me on 10/5 he was shipping my knife on that day and would send me tracking info. Tracking info never came, knife has not shown up, and no contact from Otto since then. I don't want to leave negative feedback as I've dealt with Otto in the past and there may be a legit reason the knife hasn't arrived and I haven't heard from him. If anyone knows how to get in touch with him and could alert him to this thread I'd appreciate it. Anyone know more info about his situation?

I've had good experience with Otto before, I think maybe he's ill or something.

Hi folks,

I sold a few rather expensive knives in the last week or so and have not shipped them. (You know who you are....LOL) My bad, I'm not at home due to a family illnes and will be back Wed. morning. You guys paid rite away and I feel like shit for not having them in your hands. They will go Priority on Wed. Chk. my feedback I usually do alot better than this.

My phone is 774-284-0134, but I am in VT and cell reception is spotty at best.

Just wanted to update that I spoke with Otto and he did have to go out of town for a family emergency. Seems like we have everything worked out.
 
I expect to do the give away proposed below later this month.

OTTO has plenty of time to call me and send the goods.

I will do a pay it forward Give Away open to all BF, except OTTO, unless he returns my last three begging phone calls.

One month of broken promises and no delivery is pushing the envelope of BF civility. My last 3 calls to OTTO 774-284-0134 were not returned.

OTTO may have severe family problems. His phone may not work.

I appeal to OTTO's many friends to explain to OTTO that 5 - 6 weeks without performance is more than most would find acceptable.

I have held OTTO in high esteem, but he is stretching my belief in his good will.
