Q is Quite difficult, though there's a trad brand we'll probably see (Edit: did see) and a cheap brand I hope we won't. All I've got without too great a stretch is Q is for Quenching, which, when done rapidly after heating, will yield fine martensitic steels such as ...

This is me resisting being less cordial.

This one is Quite the knife! I call it the Competition Carver as two competitive bbq chefs order it at the same time for ribs and brisket. 18"s overall with a 12 1/4" blade. The largest knife outside of a machete I've ever made:
