Alright...you can't just drop 3V cheese knives without some explanation...C is for a couple of cheese knives and a couple from Carothers.

Yeah, I have a thin and narrow steak knife that cuts cheese very easily, but not straight, so I made these to keep what works, but stay straight.Very cool...those hard cheeses don't stand a chance![]()
Got one of those too, maybe for "L"I had one of their lev-r-lok knives in the late 90's. Tanto of course. I love unique mechanism's like that.
