our mother's day adventure..

here's a few pics form our mother's day outing....

this is a reservoir near my house, called: Loch Lomond... it's fairly large... i've seen some good sized fish come out of here... lots of trout and bass... this is a great spot for kayaks and canoe's... and the cool part about it is it's only 15 min. away...

we rented a paddle boat for a few hours and then came back and had some lunch... we were originally going to BBQ there, but that didn't work out... so we just packed a lunch instead...

a shot from where we were eating lunch..

and a knife pic... this is the new blade i got, from mark of charlie ridge knives... i am in love with this thing... it's fits me very well... i also carried a SAK hiker and my EDC mini-ritter grip...

well our day didn't start off all that great.......

in the end....... this was her mother's day present.... we were only going to the pet store to get dog food and a few other things.....

they just had to have her.... she is pretty darn cute....... i think she will be named SABER...

it is still undecided....

i've never liked them... but i was out voted, 3 to one... we already have a big a$$ dog named TIMBER, she's half rot. and half lab.. and as much as i would love to have 2 dogs, our place is just too small.....

Dude I am outvoted all the time too!! Ive got my brindle boxer, Max. Then... a shepard, 3 birds, 2 pugs, and a cat that were not my idea. I think I heard something about a hamster the other day........ I give up.
