It was suggested by a friend, that recognition be given to a knifesmith I have come to know; as best that can be allowed on the internet.
I have found Willem O'Kelly to be a very talented and capable cutler. I appreciate the latitude of imput in the creation of my knives. The overall design from the blade, handle, materials, even the pull tension can be determined by the client.

Here are mine, with two in development.

If you have one please share.20230617_074933.jpg

I enjoy the variety of materials used and the unique handle and blade shapes he uses in his knives. I really need to get one.
He has yet to disappoint me. The only thing I have changed, that is on most knives, is to soften the angles on the swedge, as seen on my lambs. I have asked him to do it on a Zulu point Barlow he is making for me too.
I believe Jakeywax31 is going to have a special spey made down the road.
