I wanted to let you-all know that I will be out of town, and out of reach for most of the next 2 weeks. I need to do some urgent "field testing" of some of our products.
With any luck, I will up to my armpits in elk by this time tomorrow.
Play nice and no running with knives while I'm gone!! ;)

Dave...you had me at "hello", as Tom Cruise said in a movie, but you totally lost me at "mature" and then throw "direction" into the mix. I have to find my "Goose to Grown Up Translation Dictionary". LOL.

This board is fun and I actually learn stuff. Heck, if it weren't for you guys here, I'd be spending more time at the bar, ahhh, I mean "riding". Last time I did that beyond my usual two or three, I gave away a Mayo Hilo and today I'm sportin' my Nighthawk in this jungle called life. So, I'll be here but I think Mike should be in charge...he has a badge and that always works for me ;)

Take care Joe and thanks for the chuckle Crazy Dave :D

The last time anyone wanted to take advice from me because I used to have a badge was when we were in Kamakura, Japan and a couple of Japanese engineers offered to give us a ride back to the base in Yokosuka. They asked me if they were ok to drive and I said, "Sure." They should have asked me if I was ok to make that assessment." That was the scariest ride I'd ever been in. We ended up in a wreck and all had to get out (5 in an old 240Z) and try to pull out a bent in fender while a semi was bearing down on us on the freeway.

I think I'll pass on the in charge bit. :o

Joe,
We came to the conclusion (in another thread) that you should leave us your cell phone #, and carry your cell (turned on) with you on these excursions!
We cant go for weeks on end like this with contact from you!!!!!!
Besides then we could do a conference call possibly and find out how well the new Buck products are working out! We could get ahold of you any time of day when we have a dire question about a knife too! Good luck!
Thanks for everything!!!! :D

Welcome Back Joe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
