Pretty sure that was wolf fodder, a cougar would not bother to chew the leg off through the bone like that and carry it away, they stick with the whole carcass.

Great pics again and I have to start playing with fungus and fire after seeing all your threads on it like the primitive lamp. Your posts are always highlights around here.
