Outback bowie yes or no only

Nice handle, appealing blade, questionable heat treat, too much $$ compared to other knives in the same size/use category. No.

can you elaborate more about the nasty email from scrapyard?
ive dealt with them a million times and have never gotten the least hint of nastiness in any email

I'm not getting it

Maybe I'll get a case or bear and sons bowie

I've seen some of the Bear and Sons bowie knives for around seventy dollars. I don't own one, but they look nice and the price seems reasonable.

A Hen and Rooster bowie knife made in Toledo, Spain will set you back $70-$80.

Windlass Steelcrafts make an assortment of historic-themed bowie knives in the $80 range.

If you don't mind an inexpensive import, Ka-Bar makes a pretty bowie knife with stacked leather handles. Made in Taiwan for under $45.

If you're looking for a high-quality product in the range of $200 and up, I suggest you investigate models available from Bark River, AG Russell, Canal Street Cutlery, and similar.

Best Wishes and happy shopping!

One day I emailed SYKW asking if the yardkeeper or dumpster mutt would be for sale again and I got a nasty sarcastic email that made it sound like I am an idiot
