Ok these are some stand up guys right here. I ordered a knife from them last year, and recieved the wrong knife. I posted on here about it, but I decided to just keep what they sent me instead of calling them. So out of no where I get an email from someone at the company saying they were fooling around on bladeforums and found my post. They offered me a very good deal on another knife and sent me a free benchmade baseball cap. This was like nearly a year after the fact. It would have been very easy to just ignore the post he found, but these guys want all their customers to be 100% satisfied. I've never dealt with a company that would go that far out of their way to make something right that happened nearly a year ago. My hat's off to Outdoor America. They just became me and my friends' company of choice.
