Paragee is a Darrel Ralph design made by Outdoor Edge, the box says "Edgetech by Outdoor Edge". Blade is marked "D. Ralph Design" and "2001 First Production Run". This is a long discontinued model (#PG-20) and getting pretty difficult to find.

Knife condition is VG to excellent, in original box with paper. I am not the original owner but I have used it only lightly for envelopes and such; drawer duty, not carried. There are a few light scratches near the tip, but they are hardly noticeable especially with the stonewashed finish.
Action is smooth and Lockup is solid.
