I have both, in fact an AD is on my belt at the moment. I love it. Both it and the GW are similar, Double Cut and black. Snake Skin for the AD and plain ol black for the GW.

I wouldn't feel put out if all I had was the GW.

I'd say snag a GW first, the cheapest you can find. It's like a Rolex, the insides are all the same, the rest is just cosmetic.

INFI is INFI no matter the finish or Micarta color.

Grab a GW, then begin a wait for a AD to pop up. One will sooner or later.

Before there was hope of a larger warden I had put this bottom image together for a possible custom. I like the AD handle more than the GW.

I'd would have also asked that the line from the handle to tip did not tip down as much. We'll see... or I may have my first custom... in what 2010?:eek:

I have owned a Game Warden, very nice knife, but a little small handle for my liking. The effective blade size is covered by my folder.

For a EDC Fixed Blade - I prefer the Desert Anorexic Badger Attack, or DABA - I just like typing that, 'DABA'... 'DABA'... :D :thumbup:

Nice sized blade, full sized handle for leverage. High CDI... :D :thumbup:

Damn! All those Leaners and Meaners confuse me! :confused: So what's that knife in the middle? and how thick is it? I love that full height flat grind. :thumbup:

Agreed! A Warden with a slightly larger blade would be perfect!! :thumbup:

Knife in the middle is a Meaner, the thicker version.

Tonight or tomorrow, I'll try to get a group pic of the GW, MS, AD, and ABA, including a spine pic of the group.

My guess is that they are about the same maybe ABA being little more rare. I don't know that much about Badgers but I "think" that a ABA is a Badger Attack III with a very slightly thinner blade. So as a user an ABA or a BA-III would be pretty much the same knife.
