I think it's a good idea, can't think of anything to add.
For a start we could all pick something that is our specialty, Nodh, maybe a fallkniven article?

People are intimidated into thinking that no one will find their knowledge useful. Trust me, we all have something to add. You'd be surprise at how many people you could help by adding an article about something you find as common sense.
 
Well, I started adding some new articles, including one on firesteels. I have some other people helping me, so there should be a decent amount of information there soon. We'll keep plugging away and maybe others will find it useful someday.
 
Okay, I went in and revamped your "Fire" page. I made the main fire page more along the lines of "What fire is", and linked to the "starting a fire" page.

Come on folks, this is a good way to condense our knowledge into one place. Editing isn't that hard, and if you make it ugly, someone else is bound to come along and fix it. :)

Exactly. Just like you did with one of the pages that we made. :) Thanks for helping.

I almost want to create a bunch of poorly written pages just so people would be enticed to join and fix them, but I think my high school English teacher would hunt me down and beat me with a writer's handbook.
