.....outed by a Stockman

Beautiful Stockman, Paul. I have a Zulu from Mr. Paulsen. His knife making skills make him a Cutlery Hall of Famer. An example of his skills is that the backspring of the Zulu, never juts out at any point from open to close. Congratulations.

Chui, adding my compliments towards a fine looking knife.
Interesting how our tastes and preferences vary over time.

Absolutely beautiful knife!! If you’re willing to use it, I think you’ll find a stockman to be extremely versatile. I use the different blades often when I’m carrying one.

Am I overlooking the nail nick on the main blade? My eyeballs may need spark plugs cause I’m missing it

- yes, on the other side. One problem I've often had with multi-blade knives is their close proximity of nail-nicks and the difficulty thereby of opening (I have lost both thumbnails in the past, the regrown ones don't seem as robust) - this one, with main blade on t'ther side, is a doddle :)

Stockman knives are absolutely silly. Just get rid of. I’ll send you a PM with shipping address to properly dispose of that amazing knife. Oh crap. Did I give myself away there?

Im a stockman lover. Also improved trappers. The combination of a straight and a curved blade makes a knife 100x more useful I find.

- of course, ping me your address, I'll wang it over :D Yes, for the first time, I can see, no, feel, that I'll use these different blades

I just had to look again. That Paulsen is sweet. You ever wanna sell it, keep me in mind lol.

- of course..! Very nice Dunlap too

- cheers, Harvey. Yes, Willie has made some real beauts. I've been fortunate to meet him a few times and can call him a friend. He's one of life's real givers and always there with a smile

Beautiful stockman Paul. I too have never been much for multi blade knives but that Paulsen appears to resolve one of my beefs. The blades in most are slim whereas in yours they are a little broader which to my eye looks better. That secondary spear and the main clip are gorgeous.

Since it is undeniably the King of Patterns, all this heroic attribution is quite natural! ;)

Beautiful knife!!

- thank you, Alan. Yes, indeed, it's the beefiness of the smaller blades and their ease to open, yet still with a good precise clunk on the backspring, that helps make the difference
