OK, I've been hearing about these for months...People keep asking about them, but I've never seen one...

So I'm on a popular internet auction site bidding on an Army M9 bayonet...and after winning the auction, I browse the sellers "other items" list...and here's what I see...

(I blotted out his identifying details)

So, it would seem that the Chinese Buck factory really is cranking out Chinese 110's...with escutcheons, so you can etch your initials on them...

I wish they had one w/FG's...I would have bid on it... :D

(Note: This is not a gag post; this was an actual auction)

The obvious and dominating question here is this:

DO THEY HAVE A CUSTOM SHOPPE!!!!!

:D :D :D

That's not a name plate. It's a firing button. That's a automatic Buck copy.I have one and they fire hard.Come with a thin leather sheath that says Buck knives on them. Most blatant ripoff ive ever seen.Tang says Buck usa.Buck doesn't have anything to do with the knife or get a nickel out of it.

sure they do ! how many thousands do you want custom made?
Rocinante
Kustom Kuter

china

Can you post a pic of the tang and sheath inscriptions??? Identifying the counterfeits is a question that comes up here periodically...:thumbup:

These seem to say "China" right on the blade, but others here have reported no such country identifier...

There are NEW non serrated ones out now too......Edited at request

I have done it several times before but if you say so I will edit them....

Cheap junk rip off automatic on left,Converted double action auto REAL Buck right.Cheap junk ripoff knife says Buck knives on the sheath and nothing on the knife, but some do.It says china in a ink etch that is easily removed.

The ripoff knife is double action also and works surprisingly well. The steel quality, fit and finish, and pride of ownership leave a lot to be desired.I bought it out of curiosity and won't be buying any more.
