Been looking for a fixed blade knife as the only one I have is a BM 220. While it is a nice knife it is small and I've got a hankering for something in the 5 to 7 inch blade length range. I was considering a CQB1 or CQB3, a Blackjack Trailmaster III or Model 5, and an Al Mar SERE Operator, when I went to the exchange forums and found a nib OVB Bowie w/ironwood handles for a price I couldn't pass up! 
Needless to say I've found my fixed blade I've been looking for.
p.s. I really wanted a bowie style knife as I'm starting to find myself leaning towards this style of blade in both folders and now fixed blades.
