So the Bushtanto has been replaced by the FUG? I'm guessing there's more weight in the FUG so better for chopping tasks?

I wouldn't say "replaced" The Bush Tanto has proven itself a worthy tool for the last 4yrs. The FUG is doing fine but is still on probation at this point.

The FUG is cool and all, but looks kinda big lol, and I still prefer the sweep, tip, and pointier point of the Bush Tanto.

Glad to hear the Bush Tanto is still has it's place. Can I ask the knife in the picture is that an XL version of the Bush Tanto as it looks a hell of a lot bigger than an 8 inch blade?

I'm pretty sure those are brown dog ticks. At this point, they aren't sure that the dog ticks can spread Lyme. We have those around here. I have removed 3 from the kids, this year.

Okee doke. I don't know one tick from another. I think that I've seen about three variations out here. And I also remember shooting rabbits that had ears just packed with them, quite discusting really.
