Over-worked?

Stress is what makes people go postal.

Some easy ways to combat stress are.

Make an helm from aluminum foil,
a cross from the same material
String bulbs of garlic into a necklace and go see VAn Helsing

Switch everybody in the office over to decafe without telling them.
Wait two weeks and switch them back.

Point a hair dryer at cars passing by and shake your head.

Tell the clerk at the conveniant store you have lowered your cholestrol.
Smile real big, while buying two chile cheese dogs

In long lines, grocery store, etc. hold a conversation with your alter ego.
Tell it to go away and neverrr come back.

Complain that the food is fresh.

When ordereing in a drive though window at the fast food place, stress that the order is to GO.

Count your change and reject all the nickles turned the wrong way.

Drag a leash, when some asks if you lost your dog? Say;Dog??
But I sure

Or read one of Sweany's post and LYAO...... :D :) :D (NEVERRR come back!)

Laughter really is a great medicine!

draw bullseye on the fileing cabinet and shoot mini-marshmallows out your nose at it....

:D :D :D :D :D

Seriously, this is a revolting topic for me. I only get two weeks vacation a year. The Missus gets SIX! This sux. I need some more vacation. I'm going to petition my boss for two more weeks. Anyone want to take odds on if I get it? Nah, forget that. He'll probably do some side-step like he always does. Screw it. I'm quittin' my job and moving to Uvalde!

You know, I think I'll post again because I just was thinking about what I'd love to do if I actually had some free time. Here are some of my musings.

I'd love to take a cruise around the country to meet everyone here at Bladeforums. I think it woudl be so cool to run down and meet all the Texas knifemakers.

I'd like to cruise down the East Coast and spend some time with Mark Williams and Dan Koster in their shops. Love to go see L6.

I'd love to go see Ed Fowler, and Ed Caffrey.

I'd love to spend a couple days with Tai Goo, even if I had to pay for his time.

Gene Osborne. Gene Chapman.

Man, the list goes on and on.

Yep, thats what I'd do. I might even stop off here and there and do a little fishing.

Thats a darn good suggestion, Mike. Trouble with that is I'd have to be rich (or a bum) to pull it off. Maybe I can grab Mike Lesko and make him show me how to get a government grant for it? ;)

I only get two weeks vacation a year

I think I took a vacation in 1984 or maybe it was in 74.
You have a soft life! :footinmou

It is really a scheduling nightmare to take one day to go to the hammer in.
HMMMMM
I take that back. I did take a few days when I had my last heart attack a couple of years ago! :grumpy: Didn't do anything fun though, just argued with the doctor!
