Overbuilt folders <$200

kershawguy.com has the stonewashed ZT 0200 for 125 I think. and you can find the 0550 brand new from some sites that do "discounts" for well under 200. if you want a non stainless "velvet hammer" I would say the Gayle Bradley all day long.
