Hello guys, every now and then I like to make something more intricate and time consuming. That's the case here and I would like to show it to you. As you can see it's a handle with six pieces that represent the color spectrum. I made them all curved , so they can match the wood grain of the last piece. They are separated by stainless spacers . The spacers are at a lower level than the wood and the edges of the wood pieces are chamfered. I also tried to translate the colors of the handle on the sheath.

Steel – Elmax 60-61 HRC.
OAL - 252 mm (~10").
Blade - 123Х24Х5.2mm (~4.8x0.9x0.2") rhomboid grind.
Blade finish - p 800.
Handle – african blackwood , various types of stabilized woods and inox.
Leather sheath with wooden insert .
Weight with/without sheath - 145/195 grams.

Gorgeous and intricate, I love the handle.
I showed my 10 year old son and he said it doesn't look too difficult...
