Overpriced Benchmade Axis Stryker?

I carried the original 910 Stryker with a liner lock for many years. Compared to other brand offerings of the time I tried the Stryker out preformed and more importantly outlasted any other knife I had carried. We're talking what I consider hard use and the Stryker was a standout.

The new AXIS lock version I would expect would be that much more impressive.

The Stryker is a classic design and knife. The Mannix is not. The the tip on the Styker has about 5 different grinds. The tanto on the Stryker is much more useful than any other tanto point I've used. The Mannix is not a tanto. They may have similar materials, but they are not similar knives. My Stryker is an auto, but having it now in an Axis makes it even better.

If you want it buy it. It cracks me up when people whine about pricing. No one is making you buy anything .

What I want to know is why stop at $90?
An S30V Blur is only $70 and arguably a much better knife than the Manix.

Eta: did I say $70? Silly me, I meant $58!
