Was testing the lockup on my spec bump (with my finger around the handle in the path of the blade ) and it gave out under my hand pressure. Sliced me pretty good... I then did the spine whack test and it failed the first time, did it about 10 more times... is it normal? Is mine defective...

I always found the "pics or it didn't happen" line very useful... Especially for these things...

A friend once gave me a korambit style folder from Frost Cutler(I know) and I was curious so I gave it the old spine slam, pushed excessively hard on it, and even slashed a tree a few times. Not a single wiggle, I was impressed...
