Oxhead axes

Anyone have any experiance with oxhead axes?Been considering picking up one of their 15"hatchets.How would one compare to to say a wetterlings or a grunsford?any input appreciated.

Oxhead is a good, well known brand. They are on a similar level with GB and Fiskars. I have a six pound race axe from Oxhead-Iltis and it cuts like a dream. If you can find an Arvika 5 star, that would be one of the better work axes on the market.

Hello, I have a Gransfors Bruks Small Forest Axe, 3 Estwing's 14", 17".26", now I got an Oxhead, don't hesitate a great axe.

Superb steel. Rings like a bell. Cuts like a razor. Used mine for everything from quartering moose to splitting wood to felling and limbing. Buddy has it now in the Yukon.
