SOLD!!! Available for sale is my oxtail camp chopper, named after the Chinese saber style that the blade resembles. It's forged from 5160 steel, with the swell at the end forged thinner to keep it light and lively. The blade is approximately 12". The elongated sine wave shape drops the chopping sweet spot slightly below the level of the knuckles for extra chopping power while staying very controllable.
The handle is hemp cord over neoprene, with a stripped paracord overlay and intact paracord three-strand Turk's head knots, all impregnated with West System marine epoxy to make it rock solid and waterproof.
Black Kydex sheath, obviously.
