USED Xtra Large PACA Level II Kevlar Vest Panels in excellent condition in brand New Carrier. Manufactured 1990. It's old vest panels, was my dad's but it was lightly used as a part-timer and he usually didn't wear it. Been stored properly all these years. I've tested body armor a lot older and never noticed any performance issues myself.Looking to trade for anything knife, gun, Military/Survival gear related. Must be 18 years of age and not a felon to enter into a trade please, and your responsible to know your local laws regarding ownership.
