You bet.
That is what is so great about the Real Tek-lok and kydex sheaths (or my leather covered mutants) w/eyelets you can change it around from vertical, to horizontal, to 45 degree, Right hand or left hand, Small of the back carry, it even works w/MOLLE gear.

With the loops or the ulticlip you can carry Inside the waistband or a pocket.
