"Welcome to the World of Serious Training" I bought this program and gave it a try for a week and figured quickly that it was too much of a time commitment for. I have many small children and it just didn't work out. Only a couple of CD's were played and just a few times. Set includes 13 discs and is practically new. I would really like to trade it for a folding knife of equal value. Let me know what you have. I will ship priority mail.
