This is a catch and release, really beautiful knife with amazing ergos but I'm not a PCC collector and I'm not going to use it...so it's up for grabs

I haven't been able to find much info on these beyond old A.C.K. listings, Stainless blade/nickel silver bolsters/brass liners and black linen Micarta scales.
It has a lot of hairline swirls (handling/storage marks), and some patina but it appears unused. The edge looks factory ground (even, and nicely thin BTE). Blade length is 3 1/8", 8" overall.
