Hi all,
New to this group. I have a Pacific Cutlery Timba that has been stored for about 10 years. I was thinking of putting it on ebay but I lost all my paperwork for it. I know the company went out of business. Do anyone else have this model and if so can you tell me the steel used?
Thank,
Dave:D

I am not sure what steel was used on the Timba, but Pacific Cutlery used 440C on a most of their knives.

By the way, welcome to BladeForums.:)

Thanks for the welcome :)
I didn't think it was 440c, but I did loose the paperwork.
Thanks for the reply.
Dave

You might want to check with the people at Benchmade. Since Pacific Cutlery became Benchmade, there are quite likely people there that could give you the information that you are looking for.
