Pack Knife

the only "problem" with having a RP junglas would be price IMO. although everyone has an izula, everyone can afford one. some people, especially in this economy, cant justify a junglas izula rat pack pouch combo. i guess it could be done but it would most likely be purchased by few people.

i would like an orange RP izula :D :thumbup: it keeps with the orange theme.
 
Valid point. There were people who had to back out of the $87 3 last time. Life happens like that sometimes.

One knife with an orange handle makes it a theme?
 
well there are people that like the orange, theme may have been the incorrect choice of words, but i think of it more as a signature of the pack knife, the orange and black. like i said previously i am not a huge fan of orange. but i do like my orange RP knife. i think an orange izula would fall in line nicely with the previous RP knife incarnation.
 
man I hope that the black and green combo is not just a RP theme because I think I would buy a 3 and 4 if it came in black and orange
just don't care for OD green and orange

i agree im not to crazy about the hue of the od green used but i do think the next pack knife if there is one should be the same that way they would make nice looking uniformative pack collection thats easily reconizable , only thiing i would change is possibly add an stand out color liner like the red they use on some ESEE's
 
What exactly was the RP knife to begin with? A number matching the knife with rat pack #? sounds like a big pain in the ass but a great idea. I absolutely love my 6. But I would live to be part of the pack and to get a special Junglas. There is nothing I don't like about these knives except that I don't own one of each. Lol! Great forum.

Hey BajaMedic, the RAT Pack knife was a limited run of 200 RC-3s with black blade coating, orange G10 scales, special RAT pack lettering on the bolts and each blade was numbered.

That is really cool!!! I was noticing the lettering on the bolts and the different logo on some knives.

Well for those who got one, congrats cause that's a bad ass lookin knife!
 
Mine's in my pocket right now. Since I bought it i've actually used it to cut something about five times. It sure looks pretty on my orange Skareb 40, but for the money this knife has done the least ammount of cutting than anything I've owned.
