Nice Work Jack, This looks to be the complete package and for Bos heat-treated blades the price is right. I like the caper, well shaped handle and nice thumb ramp, I prefer a small guard (that's me) but for strictly caping this should work very well, would also make a nice paring knife I bet. Did you make the pouch sheath, I like it? I have one of Jack’s fillet knives and it has held up well to hours of abuse both in the sun/saltwater down south and the snow/ice up north. Someone will be happy I'm sure.

I can't believe these are still here. And I'll put my money (what little I have) where my mouth is. After Jack saw my post he offered to make me a caper with a guard, and knowing what a fine job he does, I gladly accepted. I'll let you know how it turns out. Thanks Jack, let me know when it’s ready, no hurry.
