I have meant to work with one of Perrin's knives for a long time, that one looks like a very nice function piece, all of Fred's work is like that. It should be an excellent fine small utility knife and excell in the kitchen due to the small blade. The LMF2 is a typically "too many cooks" knife, and has features which are not only unnecessary for their intended uses, but detract from the function of the knife (lashing holes for example).
