Hi y'all,

Just curious, does anybody know any alternative in contacting Jason other than phone?
His PM option doesn't seem to be available on BF.

Since mid last week, I've sent multiple emails to jbrous@live.com, asking qns about the Reloader / int'l shipping / (until I made payment for an order) / ask for my tracking number.
None of the 3-4 emails that I sent were replied 'til today.

Not sure what's going on :confused: but please PM me, I'll like to check the status of my order.

Custom makers, especially someone dealing primarily in large runs of knives like Jason, are constantly backed up. I'm sure the man will get back to you when he has some time.
 
If you ordered a Reloader and made the final payment when you received the email request, don't worry. You'll get it. I just got mine in the mail but never received payment confirmation or tracking info either.

I think that he's just too busy right fulfilling orders rather than on his emails.

BTW, the Reloader is a beauty of a beast. I am very surprised at how well-balanced the flipper blade is on the pivot. I'm sure you'll like yours.
 
Jason is a busy guy, but from my experience with him he's very reliable and easy to work with. Give him a few more days and I'm sure he'l have ya sorted.
 
I actually missed out on his preorder by the time I got to his website last week.
But I was able to place an order, so I'm thinking it should be in the 500.
Would have opted to get from his dealers if I had known.

Hope to get in touch with him soon. That Reloader looks really cool, can't wait to try it out. :)
