I have a question, back in November I purchased a Gold membership. Today I ran out of instant messages. Upgraded to a platinum membership and it says I'm already at 50% used. Should that not start over since I purchased a new membership? And if not, are you able to purchase more messages later on before the year is up? Thanks in advance

Platinum has twice the conversation/message capacity as Gold, so makes sense it went from 100% down to 50%. But like Cv said, just need to "leave" conversations to free up some space.
 
Yeah I'm not the sharpest knife of the bunch haha. I thought this whole time that was all the allowed messages for the year. I'm over here nervous thinking I need to start emailing lol. I feel better
 
I knew to leave the messages, but apparently you have to leave the trashed ones as well. That's why I thought I ran out
