Paid Subscription But didn't updated yet!

Hello Spark,
I have paid gold membership via paypal.... Its about 3 days passed, but there is no reply from your team, nor I can see any options available to my cp to change my membership....


Please help in this regard!

Did you try and change your usergroup in your User CP?
