Recently got a Benchmade Skirmish and decided to make a few sheaths for it. Two are still up for grabs, one vertical and one horizontal.
The vertical one is basic black, nice clean profile.
The horizontal one is supposed to look like the knife's handle, I tried to match the colors as best as I could... :)

BG,
Please buy that vertical one BEFORE I get into trouble. Of course, the wife said i couldn't buy another KNIFE!!! She DIDN'T say anything about a sheath!!!! if its here after Turkey day, i'm going for it!!!!
:D

Ta Da! :) Vertical is sold...

But really, if anybody wants one I can make one in less than a week.

do you notice any wear on the ti scales? I got a torched 630 and wouldn't want to scratch it. is there any price diff. for a plain brown horizontal sheath without the clip installed?

No wear on the Skirmish so far, but I only had it for a few weeks.
I do use my Sebenzas for sheaths, and I made a lot of them, and so far no noticeable wear on the beadblasted finish on them either. My large classic was NIB, and I just looked it over and it's good as new. The leather inside the sheaths is pretty smooth and has a semi-waterproof finish (non-corrosive, I kept different knives in these sheaths for months just to make sure that there were no effects on blades or handles (stainless steel, ti, beadblasted ti, g-10, zytel).

A plain brown sheath (either horizontal or vertical) will cost about US$50, it's a *big* and thick knife. In fact I made one on order just last week. It was medium-brown vertical, already gone, but it only takes about six days to make one, plenty of time left until X-mas... :)
